Before launching Cornerstone Advantage, I spent several years working in the real estate industry, gaining hands-on experience in title & escrow at a national title company, as a Florida Realtor, and office operations for an exterior restoration firm in NYC.
In these positions, I’ve worked with brokerages, managing multiple deals at a time for investors, handling listing input, coordinating with lenders, title companies, and ensuring files met underwriting compliance standards.
This background provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process, the importance of proactive communication, and how to navigate the everyday challenges that come with closing real estate deals. It also ignited my passion for organization, problem-solving, and being a reliable, steady presence behind every successful closing.
